Like last year we had the summer fire in Ottobrunn and so we went. It was a really nice and warm day with just a few clouds in the sky. It started to get a little windy and more cloudy when we left the house. We didn't want to stay very long that's why we went anyway!
Suddenly a thunderstorm came and it rained really big drops! We ran home but even though the way was short we got soaked!
Emily was quite relaxed during everyting (she was not scared by the thunder, my tough girl), I think for her it was a funny adventure!
A picture of the party...some tried to stay with umbrellas, but not even that helped when the storm got so strong!
After we changed and dried we tried again because the rain had stopped...Emily was so interested in everything!
Too bad they didn't start the fire that evening because of the wet wood there would have been too much smoke. They had another party the following week and burned the wood pile. We didn't go because Emily was very tired and went to bed early. But we have been there last year and we have a lot of pictures of it!
